What Days of the week do you ship?

We ship out orders daily Monday - Friday.

We do not ship out packages on Saturdays or Federal holidays. We We are closed for Christmas Eve and New Years Eve to give our staff time to spend with family and friends. 

 

What is your shipping cut off time?

Orders received by 1pm PST are guaranteed* to ship out same day. Although our official cutoff is 1pm, we are usually able to accommodate same day shipping on orders as late as 2pm or 3pm but it is not a guarantee.

* Our same day shipping guarantee is only valid if there is not an issue with your order such as an address dependency, or stock issue. Please make sure your contact information on file is correct in case we need to get a hold of you about an issue with your order.
* In the event that we do not meet our guarantee, send us an email within 48 hours of the delivery of your package and we will offer you a refund on your shipping cost of up to $25

What is the fastest shipping method you offer?

For domestic mail, USPS Express Mail is the fastest service we offer and includes Saturday deliveries. Express Mail is 1-2 day mail but generally delivers within 1 day. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently offer shipping to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. If you have a special request for an area not listed please contact us.

What if I have a UPS/FedEx account and want to pay for my own shipping?

We would be happy to accommodate you. Place an order with a note of your shipping preference, email us your label and schedule a pick-up.

What if my package doesn't arrive on time?

We promise to fulfill orders accurately and on time. If there is an issue with us not shipping your orders on time or in the manner you requested we will gladly refund your shipping cost up to $25. If your shipping was delayed due to the Post Office, mail carrier, a natural disaster, bad weather, etc. that is out of our hands and non-refundable. You are always welcome to request a refund from the shipping  carrier,
